In the inaugural episode of the Bare Birth Podcast, I share my own journey into motherhood and the inspiration behind creating a supportive community for mothers seeking empowered birth experiences. I'm going to tell my very first birth story and how I went from a conventional hospital birth mindset to embracing midwifery care and unmedicated birth. My first birth was a water birth in a birth center and, while there are some things I would do differently, I am truly grateful for this first birthing experience!
