We can all use a little encouragement today. There is a lot going on in the world, just this year- 2020. From uncontrollable fires, to random deaths, and now the COVID-19.  It is crucial that you know you have your own well to cultivate and fill. No longer do you need other people or your environment to give you peace or love(though that is nice to have), but you can find that whenever and wherever you are. Let’s start the day #mindfully 🖤
