But the truth is, we rarely feel 100% ready for anything new. There will always be some fear and uncertainty when you're stepping into the unknown. And if you wait until you feel completely ready, you may never start that new venture.

Tips for taking the first steps before you feel ready.

Break it down into micro-steps.

Don't compare your day one to someone else's year one.

Track your progress.

Remember discomfort is temporary.
