Sandra is the founder and CEO of Finlo, trade financing company for SMEs in agriculture sector in Africa. Prior to founding Finlo, Sandra worked as the Head of Originations for Lendable, a wholesale lendtech company. Before Lendable, she led business development in efforts in Southern Africa at the African Guarantee Fund where she structured financial guarantees to increase lending in regional SMEs. Sandra has 12 years of experience in finance, having worked as a Senior Investment Officer for responsibility Investments and in the real estate investment department at BNP Paribas in Paris. A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Sandra is passionate about finding solutions for unlocking capital for small businesses in Emerging Markets. When not fighting for small businesses in frontier markets, Sandra spends time with her twin boys and her free time reading and playing tennis.
