Ahoy old and new friends, welcome to our first episode! 

In this first full-length podcast episode (the following podcast shorts are snippets from this episode), we explore the deeper reasons why we want to start this podcast (its only been 2 years...), the conviction of (creative) leadership in our sphere of influence and committing ourselves to acts of bravery. 

We also talk about our challenges with and changing needs in friendship, and realise that oftentimes, we need to pursue a range of different friendships that are mutually beneficial and also contextual. We sometimes evolve out of friendships and into new ones and that can be a very painful and disappointing, although promising journey. 

We talk about rest, joy, #slowpreneurship, being ourselves and a whole lot of life things in this podcast episode.
