Hello dear listener and welcome to Rob and Helen's Date Night Podcast! We Hope you’re well and thanks for downloading it wherever you are. With the kids now both at school we've got a lot more time on our hands. 


 


This weeks date:


 


Usually when Helen does her weekly exercise class with Paul, Rob watches through the window, coffee in hand recovering from the night before (usually a late one after driving home from a show, or some self inflicted abuse) This week Helen co-erced him into joining in on the class, with fairly extreme consequences!


 


It would be fair to say that Helen is healthier and fitter than Rob, hear quite how much more so in this podcast!
