Today we’re diving into a new mini series titled “Principles for the Harvest.” While most conversations are centered around leadership principles that can be applied to any field, these two episodes are more specifically geared to church leaders. In this episode, Chip Parker shares the first two of four principles for the harvest in the local church, which is to see people come to know Jesus and grow in His image.
