In this introduction episode we surge through a bunch of topics, addressing how much more we want from our lives and relationships, musing on how we can create this for ourselves. 

In light of patterns continuing to pop up for all of us (calling in the same shet over and over and thinking we have no power to change this), how can we move past the stagnation of not quite getting the lesson & let go of the part we are playing so that we can start experiencing, feeling, creating new stuff in our personal lives? 

Love is our birthright but remembering how to do it well is a korero for all of us. Nobody suffers alone - we have overlapping pain and lessons and must pool together what we know so that we can keep going. Fuckin sucks but we can do it. Here with you x
