Do you ever see someone on social media and just breathe a sigh of relief at their authenticity? As if it somehow gives you permission to show up as yourself too? I've been a fan of social media manager, Monika Scott since 2018 when I discovered her handmade stained glass art and bolo ties—yes, I do own one of her bolos and I wore it to the Star Wars Celebration and referred to myself as Han Bolo all day; and was quickly captivated by how effortlessly she seemed to be herself. Interactions with people like Monika on social media held a mirror to the ways in which I was performing social media rather than enjoying it—That's a compliment; we welcome the discomfort of growth over here.  In Head Heart and Charts inaugural episode, Monika shares her experiences with personal growth, introversion, communication, social media and the marketing that relies on our anger to succeed.
