Siobhra has achieved the City & Guilds/ILM accreditation for the Lidl Graduate Programme, the only graduate programme with this accreditation in Ireland.  And the Lidl Graduate Programme was also recently shortlisted for the Irish Institute of Training & Development Awards in “Best Leadership Development Initiative”.
