In our first episode we reflect the events of 2020 and discuss how the spotlight on systematic injustice has amplified black voices and experiences in the American consciousness and throughout society. We examine the challenges that black professionals experience in the corporate environment and why companies and individuals should partner with their black employees, business partners, and colleagues to address those challenges.
