Hello everyone and a warm welcome to my podcast
My name is Prajakta and I am a counselling psychologist. I practice NLP and Cognitive Hypnotic Life coaching. 
The reason I started this podcast is that as a therapist, I have noticed that people are still reluctant to visit a mental health practitioner. 
Although there is a lot of awareness now, we still have to go a long way. With this podcast I intend to reach maximum number of people. And while it is not same as taking a therapy session these podcast episodes will definitely help them look at the Life situation with a different lens.
