Hi guys, my first-ever episode!!
Sorry for the bad audio, it was recorded on my laptop by mistake, and didn't pick up the microphones, so it is very muffled/crackly at times. I have edited it the best I can, and I will make sure it doesn't happen next time. Bear with me for now, as this episode is important.
I sit down with Professor Michael Clinton, a work psychologist, and head of the Human Resource Management and Employment Relations department at King’s Business School. Our conversation focuses on his recent research around self-sacrifice in the workplace. We talk about questions such as: can you finally slow down in your 40s? Are there any gender differences in work sacrifices? Is being neurodivergent a superpower?
