God is a blood covenant keeping God and speaks to us from that reference.  Blood covenant is the most binding, most sacred, most enduring, relationship any two parties can establish. God wants to enter into this relationship with us, to give us the assurance that we can take Him at his word and apply it to our lives.  So that we can get out of Religion and into a relationship with Him.
