This is officially episode number one of The Divine You rebranding!! Focusing on mental health and food as medicine. Hydration is one of the first things I go over with my clients as it is usually the core cause of chronic symptoms. Understanding why dehydration is a crucial aspect of optimal health. Some key points that will help you better understand why dehydration happens, when it occurs most and how to prevent it. Also adding some of my best tips that help me stay on top of hydration. For me, when I am dehydrated my physical and mental health plummet...it’s easy to forget to drink enough water throughout the day so I am here to remind you how important it is. If you want to take back your health, proper hydration Is a great place to start! Life update: I mentioned my most recent rock bottom and how it has been life transforming as it has helped me see clearly every I want to change. I have gone through some serious introspection and have realized where i stand in this world and how I can be of most authentic service. I am using this platform simply as a creative outlet, for exposure therapy I regards to social anxiety and a means to reach more people. This is a great platform for people to learn and digest important content easily. I don’t have a set schedule as to when I will release more but my goal is at least once a month. At the moment I am in between several projects that I am SO excited to get out into the world and the podcast is just an extra bonus. My goal isn’t to necessarily grow this podcast it’s just a way to keep myself in check, keep a “voice log journal” and to hopefully at least help even one person. If I only help one person, I have done my job!! I love to hear feedback and more ways I can optimize my coaching approach, so any constructive criticism is welcome.
