We are all so different. The way we were brought up, the number of resources we have, the capacity in our lives, our ages, I can go on and on…
However, Healthy admiration is so incredibly helpful. It allows you to admire who someone is, look up to them and even have them push you to be a better version of yourself WITHOUT that taking away all the amazing things about who you are currently.
