We decided to start this journey by talking about what we believe is really the backbone of our conversations. We believe that the quest for equality and the impositions of the patriarchal system are core elements of the girl experience. Even when we have talked about these issues a great number of times, it is a conversation that we have to keep having.

Creating a social and cultural paradigm shift takes time and action in both public and private spaces. We must keep having awkward conversations that lead to questioning our world, and that way, we can change!
