We live in a culture that's obsessed with fixing ourselves. Diet culture tells us what's wrong with our bodies and then sells us the products to "fix" them. We pay therapists to tell us what's wrong and help "fix" ourselves before getting into a relationship. We're taught to compare ourselves to those at the top and "fix" whatever about us doesn't match up. But what if you actually didn't have to fix yourself? What if you could accept yourself exactly as you are and still thrive?
If that sounds too good to be true, tune in to hear me:
There is freedom to be found when we let go of the need to fix and find the ability to accept and allow.
