What’s up y’all! And just like that! We’re  back and this one, WE GET DEEP. In this episode, I’d like y’all to meet a good friend of mine and very talented artist Rashad Thomas (@yafavoritenigga). Better yet let’s use his artistry name, Damiere. Now don’t let the IG name fool you. Even though that’s a pretty bold statement to make, my guy hasn’t always been that confident. Having the raw talent to rap has been a gift of his for as long as I can remember but the confidence to get on stage or on tracks, not so much. We speak about his growth and how transparency not only gave him the confidence to step into his dream but ultimately improved every other part of his life.
