Today's guest, Amanda Huffman from Women of the Military Podcast, and I discuss the importance of two things that are often overlooked in many organizations: mentorship and servant leadership.

Have you ever had effective mentors? I have been blessed to have several over my life and can honestly say, that I would not be where I am today without them. Amanda shares some stories of how mentors played a role in her life and how she is now able to give back by mentoring other young women.

Servant leadership, is much more than simply putting the needs of others before your own. Amanda explains what servant leadership means to her and how it has helped her as an Air Force officer and mentor throughout her life.
