Exercise from the end of the Podcast:
Take a breath: 1. sit tall & straight,
2. allow hands to rest,
3. take 4-sips/inhales of breath through the nose,
4. hold for 4-5 seconds,
5. Exhale all the way out, slowly through pursed lips.
