Have you ever created a standard for yourself, whether conscious or subconscious, and people took it upon themselves to hold you to it? If so, this is a prime example of how our actions truly do speak louder than our words. Our regular actions create the EXPECTATION others will have for us. But the reality is... we may only hear about the shortcomings when we do not meet the standard.
