I’ve spent the last seven years cultivating peace.
Not because my life became easy — but because I learned how to find peace in the middle of chaos.
It started twenty years ago when I decided I was doneletting depression run my life. That moment — that quiet “no more” — changed everything. I didn’t have a plan, but I started paying attention to what was really happening inside me. I simplified it, created what I now call Emotional Structure, and began understanding my emotions instead of avoiding them.
It’s taken thousands of small steps to get here.
And along the way, I learned what works — and what doesn’t.
What doesn’t work: bypassing pain with positivity, waitingfor the perfect time, blaming everyone else.
What does work: feeling it all, taking full responsibility, and doing the inner work — every day.
Peace isn’t a destination. It’s a practice.
It’s something you build from the inside out.
And when you stop chasing it and start living it —everything changes.
