Hayley is an education consultant, working with school leaders to prepare students for success. She describes education consulting as real world problem solving. Her current project calls for researching, organizing and synthesizing data in order to raise awareness about equity in education. Hayley reflects on her experiences at Dartmouth College, her coursework, and the programs that helped her navigate to where she is now. She encourages listeners to try new things and follow what you’re passionate about.
