In this I4 Venture, I am in Tampa, chatting with Jessica Santander. Jessica is a lover of life, whose hardship with listening to her heart led her to take a giant leap of faith. After landing her first full-time job in the Digital Marketing field, she found herself feeling disconnected and lost and grew a fascination with what can be from the idea of creating her own path. This idea kept tapping into her heart and led to her lifelong project of what is called Project Moment Designs. Project Moment Designs is a handmade jewelry business, where each piece empowers the dream-aspiring women to celebrate their moments of changes in life, self-growth, and renewed beginnings as we evolve into our greatest selves.

During the venture, we talk about discovering her inner entrepreneur, taking the leap of face, using your failures to turn your product or service to a movement, and the infamous imposter syndrome.
