"Bloom where you're planted" we frequently hear this expression everywhere. But how can we grow if we don't step beyond our comfort zone? Challenges are part of growth so are mistakes, but it is a stepping stone for us to bloom. We can only find where we should stay if we take a step toward finding it.
Just like what our guest, Katie Klenk, did in changing careers from being an Olympic horse trainer to becoming a real estate agent. The transition was not easy, but it was definitely worth the risk as she is now one of the top real estate agents in South Central Pennsylvania.
In 2022, she was recognized as one of the top six associates at KW Keystone. Homesnap named her among the top fifteen and ranked in the top 15% of sales volume in York and Adams Counties. She has multiple Diamond Circle awards for sales volume exceeding.
In this episode, Katie shares how she had outgrown a particular attitude, a particular stance that she observed in the people she worked with in her firm. She was becoming aware of new values rising to the top and establishing themselves as dominant values that needed to inform how they worked. We also talked about how being a real estate agent is also a business owner.
