In this episode we hear the story of a friend who has experienced a lot of trauma in life beginning as a young child.  One thing that really sticks out to me as so important is for us to make sure our children are safe with us and that we don't put them in compromising situations.  If someone tells you about their trauma, they need to hear the words, "I believe you."
