I started this podcast as a mean to express how I feel and my personal emotions and experiences. 

As someone that has struggled with anxiety and depression I forced myself to start a podcast with the intention of fighting my "inner bitch" and put myself out there without waiting for the right or perfect opportunity!

This is my intermittent fasting, carnivore diet experience!
