Jeff and I cut our teeth together over 20 years ago at "Adhost Internet Advertising".  The web host of the Classmates.com web site that was a near-miss of the popularity of Facebook.com, it was a great firm with many small-mid size businesses that taught us to do "Agile" before it had a name.
