Welcome to John Chapter 5 ⛲️🗣

DyerNotes began as a podcast to examine some of the biographies & autobiographies that I read. After intensely reading through the Gospel of Jesus according to John (or the book John in the Bible), I decided to make it the next DyerNotes podcast series.

Today, we venture into Chapter 5 as we continue our journey through the life of Jesus in John’s unique literary fashion. My hope is for you to read the Gospels for yourself and discover a personal relationship with Jesus that’s more than just knowing about Him, but an experienced reality of life with Him.

19 Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. 20 For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed. 21 For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it.
