Episode 10 Challenge - Think of someone you haven't seen in a really long time. Even before the pandemic hit, this was a person you may have lost touch with but would want to re-connect. Then this week, look them up and set up a time to catch up with them over a voice or video call. Friendships take time and effort.
Now is the best time to build up old and new friendships while life has slowed down a bit. Email me or DM me to share with me when you've made the reconnection!
