Highlighting the importance of reflection and celebration of life and work on the 10th episode of,  "On Air w/ Blair," this episode encourages those to stay at it within in their work ethic and life. Although there may be times where it seems like no progress is being made, to the contrary, significant progress has been made with the respect to intent and time. Never give up when it feels like you're running in place cause that is still work and energy that is being exerted with a mission of getting somewhere greater.
