In this episode, we talk about representation and how important it is to not only see people we can relate to, but also learn more about the lives of people we cannot relate to in media and society.  Images and stories in the media can deeply influence public opinion and establish societal norms. Images of disability in the media with a view to an accurate portrayal of disability as a part of everyday life are always and will always be needed.
