Today we are talking with Sammy, one of Stephanie's private clients all about the Black Lives Matter movement and how it is affecting the business world.

Stephanie and Sammy talk about how one of the best things you can do as an individual in the world is to take the time to educate yourself on the issues, donate to the movements that you support, and stand behind and most importantly take the time to just listen.

In the state the world is in, as a woman of color, Sammy shares her unique experience of how the world is for her. How she has been treated differently, how she would like to share her experience and story with others to help them understand and grow.

She encourages people to not stop selling their products and services but to continue serving people, however making the effort to offer your services to someone who needs it or give back where you can. Create the change where you can. Sell your services out, amplify those people's voices, and then take what you can to give back.
