On this episode of the Engineers Hub Podcast, Arnold Morales shares with us his story from working at a warehouse in the US after completing middle and high school in Honduras to now working as a Systems Engineer at Boeing. Arnold has a BS and MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is also the Founder of Nontraditional College Success, a nonprofit organization that motivates and empowers nontraditional students to get more out of their college experience through a podcast as well as a myriad of other resources. Arnold’s career path is definitely nontraditional, and because of it, he is now able to positively impact the lives of many people.
