Trigger Warning: This episode talks about Miscarriage

In this week's episode Tara is going solo due to trouble with the universe aligning Tara and Kayla's schedules before Tara went away on holidays, these things happen and Tara has used this opportunity to talk about her miscarriage on Christmas Day in 2019.

This episode is a little heavier than some of our previous ones, one in four pregnancies end in miscarriage and Tara found that listening to other women tell their stories it helped her with the grieving process and hopes this may do the same for someone else.
