In episode 10, we get into the next section of Jesus’ efforts to shift his disciples’ mindset. His message in this section is centred around the three ‘G’s mentioned - ‘God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions’. Jesus is really trying to encourage us to trust God’s plan instead of worrying and fussing - but he also knows that this is easier said than done. Is this why Jesus gives us these examples of God looking after elements of nature? What does he really want us to take away from these analogies? Most importantly, in a world where FOMO is alive and well, even amplified by social media, how can we not get stuck in the endless cycle of comparison? We'll be discussing these ideas and much more.
