In this week's episode the ladies share their thoughts on the recent tragedy that took place in their area; a mass shooting at a municipal office building in Virginia Beach, VA. Susan talks about how these events are becoming more common in her world.

While a motive behind this recent shooting as not been released, it is obvious we have a mental health crisis in this country. As firm believers in seeking help in therapy or counseling we discuss how important it is in getting help early in hopes of preventing future tragedies such as this.

We offer some ideas on incorporating mental health into school systems to help de-stigmatize therapy and counseling especially in the Black community
