Not surprisingly, a lot of people experience sleeplessness. And the author of this chapter wants you to know you won’t die from insomnia. But surprisingly, I meaninglessly put on a stethescope and lab coat that you cannot see to portray a stereotypical doctor. Why? Because sleeplessness just got a little more complicated and I wanted you to think I’m an expert in the subject.
