The Greek word for self-control means "The virtue of one who masters desires and passions". Pastor Todd teaches today on the fruit of the Spirit called "self-control". There is always a trigger that ignites in us the need for self-control. The joy of the fruit of self-control is that it is not me fighting to be in control of my passions. It is the Holy Spirit demonstrating that circumstances of life will not force me to make a wrong decision.
