Do you get anxiety about your nutrition when traveling? Or maybe you don't get anxiety about it, but you would like to be more disciplined / consistent with your food when traveling or on vacation. We got you! 

We're HUGE foodies at heart, but we also pay attention to the food / drinks we put in our bodies when traveling because we want to make sure we are eating / drinking to support our goal MOST of the time. 

It doesn't have to be super complex. Quick tip: Always prioritize protein, and if you're not very active while traveling then limit your carbs.
