  1. Think about what running gives you. Chances are, if you’re listening to this podcast, you’re not like trying to qualify for the Olympics. You’re running for something that has nothing to do with running. What does running give you? What do you like about running?
  2. Fill in blank. "Running gives me ______." Brainstorm some other things that can give you that thing.
