We're back with another wild one! Two mothers-to-be have wildly different pregnancy plans. Meanwhile, a farmhand with severe allergies is having trouble getting the job done. Plus: a figurine conspiracy, an unconventional medical response to twins, and a resurgence in the popularity of philosopher Immanuel Kant.
