With a typical Midwest upbringing, Eli Rawinski found himself growing out of athletics and into corporate engineering. Only to find it wasn't what he always imagined.

In recent years he has started some side ventures in the eCommerce space alongside his Engineering career. He's no stranger to the struggles that come with crediting the life he's truly after and is a big advocate of surrounding himself with people on the same journey. 

With no background in entrepreneurship, he shares some lessons he's learned and why he intently pursued people who could empower him on his journey.
