It's been a minute, but we're back!

As everyone who's a member at the gym knows, we lost Coach Addy to Colorado. She's moving to continue her life adventure, and while we're sad that she's leaving, we are SO incredibly proud of her for not only doing something that she's wanted to do for herself, but for stepping out of her comfort zone once again and doing something scary!

Addy - we are so grateful for the friendship we've all built over the past 4-5 years. You're selflessness in helping with whatever we need at the gym has been invaluable and has not gone unnoticed! We cannot express our gratitude for you and your help in making our dream of Vigor become a reality!
