Yes you can, baby!


If you’re interested in meditation or the act of meditating, but you have a hyperactive mind/have ADHD, and find meditation to be frustrating or overwhelming, this episode is for you! 


Being neurodivergent means that we experience every single thing in life differently. That includes meditation. 


Meditation can seem a daunting feat for someone with a brain that never stops! 


I know, I’ve been there. But I’m here to spread the good news that yes, even you can meditate!!

 

And so I’ve compiled all my best tips and tricks how to meditate when you have ADHD.
