Tom Stanley in for Nick and joined by trainer Shark Hanlon who responds to yesterday’s news that he has been suspended for 10 months, 5 months of which are suspended, for transporting a deceased horse in an open trailer. Shark takes us through the course of events that led to the hearing and confirms his intention to appeal the decision. Jane Mangan gives us an overview of the case and we also discuss the news of former racehorse Bedelia, pictures of whom emerged yesterday on social media looking malnourished having arrived in the UK from Ireland where she was trained.
