Denis Udall is a Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher. Denis was taught by Chris Germer, Kristin Neff and Steve Hickman, and received his MSC teaching certificate from the University of California-San Diego Center for Mindfulness. He has practiced mindfulness and compassion-based meditation since 2000, and previously taught MSC in Berkeley, CA and online. Denis has worked in education philanthropy for over 20 years.
