Rumored to be haunted, the Bissell Mansion is the oldest brick house in Missouri. Built circa 1832 by Captain Lewis Bissell it sits atop a high bluff overlooking the Mississippi River

Paranormal enthusiasts and local media often list it among St. Louis’s scariest or most haunted houses, even featured on HGTV’s Scariest House in America. But is really haunted or is that just to lure people in for the dinner theater?
