Ryan Steiner isn't one to back away from a big challenge. Ryan told his story in Ep 52 about his decision to go from loving food and weighing over 700 pounds to running and loving ultramarathons.

Ryan also has the challenge of interacting with the world through his autism. Social interactions do not come naturally. And new people, places, and routines are not easy for him to adapt to. But he has found a place in the trail running community and loves being with other people who are also looking for challenges and to push their limits.

He's not going to stop looking for challenges any time soon. In fact, he has his sights set on a big challenge that he will certainly find a way to pursue.
